Mixed Berry Chia Seed Breakfast Starter
Ingredients:
- 3/4 of a cup of water or almond milk
- 2 tablespoons of freshly ground flax seeds
- 3 tablespoons of chia seeds
- ½ cup of banana,sliced
- 1 tablespoon of cacao powder
- ¼ teaspoon of cinnamon
Directions:
Blend the water or milk with the ground flaxseeds, Chia seeds, and cacao in a high-speed blender until creamy. Once this is blended you can pour this into a mason jar and refrigerate it. Add the fruit and cinnamon when you’re ready to eat breakfast . You can add a little sweetener like maple syrup or monk fruit to this if desired. You can switch the toppings anytime. Walnuts & nutmeg or vanilla & Bananas or ½ cup of blueberries and some freshly squeezed lemon juice. Whatever desire. This Is a super easy breakfast and it’s nutrient dense.
