All of your ingredients should be from organic non-GMO pasture-raised and grass-fed as much as possible and as much as you can afford. Try to support and source your foods from your local organic farms because your health depends on good quality clean food.
Broccoli Fritters
Ingredients:

Steam 4 broccoli crowns

3 eggs, lightly beaten

5 tbsp of gluten-free flour

1/4 cup of Buffalo mozzarella shredded or the cheese of your liking

3 oz of crumbled Feta cheese

3 cloves of Garlic minced
-
1 teaspoon of onion powder
-
1/2 a teaspoon of red pepper flakes

Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Use all organic ingredients when possible!
Steam the broccoli crowns in a steamer basket for about six minutes or until fork tender. Remove and allow them to cool. Slightly pat them dry with a towel and then chop them into very small pieces.
In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients. Once this is all mixed, you can form them into patties.
Heat 3 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet. Add the broccoli patties and cook over medium heat for about five minutes on each side or until golden brown and heated through the middle. These are nutritious, delicious, and easy to make. Enjoy!
