Avocado Protein Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop of your favorite protein powder (I like vanilla flavored)

  • 1 tablespoon of freshly ground flax seeds

  • 1/2 of an avocado

  • 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon

  • 1/2 of a banana

  • 1/4cup of strawberries

  • Add 1 cup of water or your choice of almond or any non-dairy milk. Blend it for 30 seconds or until it’s smooth. You may need to add more liquid to reach your desired consistency
