All of your ingredients should be from organic non-GMO pasture-raised and grass-fed as much as possible and as much as you can afford. Try to support and source your foods from your local organic farms because your health depends on good quality clean food.
Radicchio Salad
Ingredients:

6 cups of radicchio, chopped

2 cloves of garlic, pressed

½ cup of chopped olives (use your favorite)

4 pieces of cooked chopped bacon

3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil

2 tablespoons of red wine vinegar

Sea salt & fresh ground black pepper
Directions:
Make sure the radicchio is washed and cleaned. Chop it up into bite-size pieces. Add to a medium size bowl. Pour the dressing over the radicchio and sprinkle the chopped bacon and olives on top.
For the dressing, I use a mini food processor for this. Add the garlic, red wine vinegar, sea salt, black pepper, and extra virgin olive oil. Blend it all together.
